Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in an IT development environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably in a Business/ IT / Engineering field.
- Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.
- Ability to determine the objectives of the task to the IT and Non-IT Audience.
- Have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work together with the Project Management team to send out deliverables to customers.
