Job Overview
Description : IT Support – OSS – Operation
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting and installation of PC/Laptop hardware
- Troubleshooting and installation of Microsoft Windows Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 10)
- Troubleshooting and installation of Microsoft Office applications (MS Office 2010 – 2019)
- Troubleshooting and installation of Mac OS
- Maintain documentation of Knowledge Base for support and resolution
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- Have internship experience in IT Support, IT Help desk, Service Desk Agent, or IT related
- Familiar with Mac OS and Mac devices (MacBook, iMac)
- Discipline, not only a timely manner but can follow SOPs
- Good communication skill
- Have knowledge with Customer Service skill
- Fluent in English
