Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced marketing data analyst to support data analytics needs for the Product Team. The Product Analyst is responsible for tracking and analysis for key metrics and KPIs for the Product Team. This person will be working closely with various business units, namely marketing, business development, risk and data engineering to support the data needs of the Product team.


  • SQL is a must
  • Research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
  • Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
  • Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
  • Comfortable to communicate using English


  • At least 2 years of experience as a product marketing or product manager or programmer in a startup environment
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
  • Extremely strong communication skills
  • Strong intuition for user behavior
  • Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
