Job Overview
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Development team, which includes conducting Agile core meetings, from Sprint Planning, Daily Huddle, Sprint Review, to Retrospective.
- Assist the Development team in identifying bottlenecks and constraints in their current working process.
- Facilitate backlog tracking, calculate burn-down rates and team velocity, and assist the Scrum team in task definition.
- Support Product Owners on backlog grooming and maintenance.
- Strive for effective product development processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the existing agile development process.
Requirements :
- Prior working experience related to scrum or IT project management is preferred.
- Experienced in conducting Scrum events independently.
- Experienced in coaching team members in agile frameworks.
- Experience in building an environment where all team members have a high ownership of the product.
- Proficient in project management tools is a big plus. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Possess an agile mindset and proven track-record of working with agile development framework is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be fully in charge in getting the job done.
- A good communicator, both written and verbal.
