As we are growing bigger, we are looking for a Senior UI UX Designer who can solve problems creatively and effectively. This role will be the gateway to validate & execute products from end to end. The perfect candidate will have affinity for minimal design, typography, and attention to the smallest of details. A strong ability to distill complex problems into simple, elegant solutions is key to success at Kredivo.
Job description:
- Hands-on in the end-to-end product design process from empathizing towards users’ problems, ideation, taking designs from early concepts to pixel-perfect final production, and prototypes
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Engineer, and other related stakeholders to define and implement innovative features for the product
- Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal
- Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Strong proficiency in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in the visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture
- Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers’ point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them best
- Good Understanding of Design Process and usage of data.
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong expertise with design programs such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Prototype tools (Overflow, Invision and etc)
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
