Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the promotion of IT products
- Collecting and handling complaints of IT product problems and needs feedback
- Training product knowledges for headquarter departments and agents
- Planning and writing the entire product guidelines and FAQs in Bahasa and Mandarin language (if needed), also daily maintenance knowledge base of products to keep updated
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- High level written and verbal communication skills, preferrable in Bahasa and Mandarin language
- Experience with IT product guidelines writing or related training
- Strong understanding skills and problem-solving capacity
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
